Vinyl Price List
Picture shows our 6" high x 8' wide full privacy white vinyl fence installed with New England caps.
Each section consists of a top and bottom rail, 15 tongue-and-groove boards, two "U" channels and a galvanized steel bottom rail stiffener.
Dimensions for each component are:
Rails: 2" x 7" x 94", .090" wall with two .065" ribs.
Tongue-and-groove boards: 7/8" x 6" x 62", .065 wall with two .60" ribs.
U-channel is 1" sq.
All exposed surface are a co-extrusion, approx. 6 mils thick, of virgin vinyl, with a high concentration of titanium-dioxide (white pigment and UV light screener.)
Each post is 5" x 5" x 108" with a .140 wall co-extruded as above.
Post Caps are made of rigid PVC and wall thickness varies.
